You’re not starting from scratch and you’re not looking for someone to hand you another blueprint to follow. You’re at the point where there are probably more things you could do than things you should do, and the answer isn’t another course, another strategy or 47 more things on your to-do list.
You need the right room.
House of Influence is the room around everything you’re building. A place to bring the business decisions, the ideas you can’t stop thinking about, the opportunities you’re not sure you should say yes to, the message you’re trying to articulate and the thing you know you’re ready for but keep finding reasons not to do. This is where accomplished women step out of the daily grind of operating long enough to see what they’re actually building and who they’re becoming in the process.
We’re not here to make you busier. We’re here to make you clearer.
THE ROOM MATTERS
There are rooms you enter to learn something, and then there are rooms that change the way you see yourself. House of Influence was built to be the second kind.
At this level, you probably don’t need more information. You need proximity to women who are building too. Women who understand what it feels like to hold a big vision while simultaneously questioning the entire fucking thing on a random Tuesday. Women who celebrate your wins, share opportunities, make introductions, say your name in rooms you aren’t in yet and remember the thing you said you wanted three months ago when you start talking yourself out of it.
More than anything, you need people around you long enough to actually know you. Your strengths, your patterns, your blind spots, the ideas you light up talking about and the places you tend to overcomplicate things. Sometimes you need strategy and sometimes you need someone who knows you well enough to look at you and say, “You already know the answer.”
That kind of relationship can’t be manufactured in a weekend. It’s built through proximity, conversation, trust and time.

House of Influence isn’t another business model to learn or curriculum to keep up with. Bring the business, the book, the podcast, the speaking career, the company you’re scaling, the career you’re evolving, the offer you’re questioning or the completely unexpected opportunity that lands in your lap three months from now.
This is the room where we look at all of it. Where we decide what deserves your attention and what doesn’t, separate opportunity from distraction, challenge the stories you’re telling yourself and help you become more powerful in your own decision-making.
The goal has never been to make you dependent on this room. The goal is to make you more powerful because you’ve been in it.
WHO THIS ROOM IS FOR
House of Influence is for the woman who has already lived enough, built enough and accomplished enough to know she’s capable of creating something extraordinary. She may be an entrepreneur, founder, executive, physician, attorney, creative, consultant, author, speaker or woman whose experience no longer fits neatly inside one title.
She has expertise. She has receipts. She has a point of view. And she knows there’s another level of her work waiting to be expressed.
Maybe you’re ready to become more visible or build a platform around what you know. Maybe you’re expanding beyond the business or career that originally made you successful. Maybe you’re being called toward speaking, writing, podcasting, media, mentorship or thought leadership. Or maybe what you need has nothing to do with creating something new and everything to do with becoming more intentional about what you’ve already built.
You don’t need every answer before entering this room. But you do need to be willing to participate in finding them.
THE WORK
Everything we do inside House of Influence comes back to five things:
Clarity, Conviction, Visibility, Authority and Opportunity.
We get clear on what you’re actually building and what you want to be known for. We strengthen the conviction required to stand behind your ideas, expertise and decisions without constantly looking outside yourself for permission. We look at where and how you need to become more visible through content, podcasting, speaking, media, collaborations and strategic relationships. We refine your message and positioning so your expertise becomes recognizable authority. And then we build the relationships, reputation and body of work that allow opportunity to find you.
Because visibility alone isn’t the goal. Visibility gets you seen. Authority gives people a reason to remember you, trust you and bring your name into conversations you aren’t even part of yet.
THE WOMEN IN THIS ROOM ARE PART OF THE EXPERIENCE
House of Influence is intentionally curated because who you are surrounded by matters. I’m not interested in filling seats. I’m interested in building a room full of women who make the room better because they’re in it.
That means women who are generous with their experience, willing to contribute instead of simply consume, open to being coached and capable of celebrating another woman’s success without making it mean something about their own. Women who take responsibility for what they do with the ideas, energy, conversations and opportunities that come from being here.
You don’t hand your decision-making over to this room. You become better at making decisions because of it.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Over five months, we meet three times each month for live mastermind coaching and conversation, with ongoing connection and support between calls and guest experts brought in when their expertise can expand the room. Some conversations will be strategic, some deeply personal, and some will begin with one woman asking a question and end somewhere none of us expected.
There will be introductions, resources, collaborations and opportunities that happen simply because the right women now know one another. There will also be space to integrate and execute because this isn’t about spending five months sitting in meetings talking about building things.
This is about staying in conversation long enough for the work, relationships, reputation and trust to compound.
WHAT THIS ROOM REQUIRES
I will ask questions. I will challenge assumptions. I will point out patterns and remind you of what you said you wanted when your behavior starts telling a different story. Sometimes I will disagree with you.
You are always responsible for your own decisions. My role isn’t to build your life or business for you. My role is to hold up the mirror, bring strategy and perspective when it’s needed, connect dots you may not be able to see from inside your own business and surround you with women doing the same level of work.
This room requires curiosity, personal responsibility, coachability and generosity. If you want someone to validate every idea you have, this probably isn’t your room. If you want to be surrounded by women who can see what’s possible for you and expect you to see it too, welcome home.
YOU MAY NOT NEED TO START OVER
Successful women reach a point where what they’ve built works, but they can feel something else pulling at them. The instinct can be to create something completely new. A new offer, business, direction or identity.
Sometimes that’s exactly what’s required. And sometimes the next level is hiding inside what you’ve already built: the reputation, relationships, expertise, audience and body of work you’ve spent years creating.
Growth doesn’t always require reinvention. Sometimes it requires staying with something long enough to see what it can become.
